There is a variable fee to use this system. The fee will be available prior to submitting the payment. If your account is past due, the past due amount is due immediately. The due date reflects this and once the account is current, the due date will revert to the normal day. Disconnect notices go out 1 day after the previous due date and shut off for non-payments are done typically on the 10 the day of the disconnect notice goes out.
