    2. At the end of the calendar year, we also may reward the Illinois community with the largest number of participants (meaning the community that has the highest number under the column “People” on www.CUBEnergySaver.com ) with up to 10,000 Compact Fluorescent Light (CFL) bulbs (and/or another prize or prizes of CUB’s choice).

NOTE: In the community portion of CUB’s Challenge, the City of Chicago will be broken up into recognized neighborhoods, at CUB’s discretion, to be compared with other communities throughout Illinois.

If applicable, CUB will notify the entrant signing up on behalf of their community, neighborhood, college/university, or other group at the end of the calendar year and then announce the winners to the public. CUB will consult with community/school/ group leaders about the best ways to distribute CFL bulbs. In the event multiple entrants from the same entity are entered, CUB will, in its sole discretion, select a single entry from the representative group as the winner and coordinate community activities with that representative and official representatives of that community.
